ISKAR presents fixed pedestal type slewing jib cranes as a cost-effective solution for jetties, dolphins and floating docks with narrow decks.

The fixed pedestal type design is a cost-effective solution where the missing traveling motion is compensated by a longer lattice jib and increased number of cranes on the dock. The low maintenance type electro-hydraulic power pack significantly reduces the investment cost per crane allowing to allocate more cranes on a single dock, which allows the shipyard to conduct simultaneously more operations on all over the dock.

In order to prevent the creation and spreading of dust during unloading operations, ISKAR has engineered and developed the “Dust Lock” mobile hopper.

ISKAR DUSTLOCK mobile hoppers are reliable and efficient mobile hoppers with mounted on rubber wheels with jacking system to be parked on special load-bearing panels. The load equalizing framework ensures structural safety, longevity and safe continuity of the unloading operation.
